Attention
  • Please finish paying registration fee before 30 September, to have preferential registration fee.
  • If one canceled the registration before Sep. 30, we will ask him to pay the service charge (20% of the amount of the fee). From Oct. 1 to Oct. 15, we will charge 50% of the amount. After Oct. 15, we won't have any refund.
  • If one registers successfully, the system will reply the registered number to his e-mail box. The registered member should remember the number for searching the condition of fee-paying and for the procedure to check in the conference.
  • Insure to fill out the form correctly. the item with "#" symbol is necessary.
